✅ Eligible for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
- You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
- The product is unused, in original condition, and includes original packaging
❌ Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- The product has been used or damaged after delivery
- The issue is due to change of mind or minor color variation
- You contact us after 3 days of delivery
- Packaging is missing or product is worn
🔄 Exchange Process
- Contact our support team on WhatsApp or email within 3 days
- Share your order number, reason for return, and pictures (if needed)
- Once approved, you can send the product back to our return address
- After inspection, we will process the exchange
Note: Customer pays return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
💸 Refunds
We generally offer exchanges only, not refunds. Refunds are approved only in rare cases:
- If the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced
- If you paid online and the product was never delivered
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days once approved.
📦 Wrong Size or Style?
We recommend reviewing product sizes and descriptions carefully before placing an order. Size or style change requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and may not always be approved.
